1. About Dcast Events

Dcast Events is a premium event management company registered and operating in Dubai, UAE. We provide corporate event management, brand activations, exhibition stand design, gala dinners, product launches and related services across the UAE and GCC region.

2. Services

Dcast Events provides event management services as agreed in individual project proposals and contracts. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate written agreement between Dcast Events and the client.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise
• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
• Final pricing may vary based on changes to project scope requested by the client
• All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable

4. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm and secure your event date
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We reserve the right to postpone or cancel services if payment is not received on time
• All payments should be made by bank transfer to Dcast Events as per invoice details provided

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: deposit is forfeited, no further charges apply
• Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event: 75% of total project value is due
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: 100% of total project value is due
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to events@dcastintl.com

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver the event
• Obtain all necessary permits, licences and approvals required for the event unless agreed otherwise
• Ensure timely approval of designs, concepts and proposals to avoid project delays
• Provide a safe working environment for Dcast Events staff and suppliers
• Make payments on time as per the agreed schedule

7. Intellectual Property

All creative concepts, designs, presentations and proposals created by Dcast Events remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the final deliverables for the intended event purposes.

Dcast Events reserves the right to use photographs and videos of completed events for portfolio, marketing and promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the event.

8. Liability

Dcast Events will not be held liable for:

• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or supplier failures
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from our services
• Actions or failures of third party vendors and suppliers engaged for the event

Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific event in question.

9. Force Majeure

If an event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control (including government restrictions, venue closure, natural disaster or pandemic), Dcast Events will work with the client to reschedule the event where possible. Refunds in force majeure situations will be determined on a case-by-case basis after deducting costs already incurred.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues for 2 years after the completion of the event.

11. Website Use

By using dcastintl.com, you agree to:

• Use the website for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our website
• Not reproduce or distribute any content from our website without written permission

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website at any time without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
